Job Description

  • Keep track of all progress, costs & handling challenges related to the creation of these new products and decide what ideas are worth pursuing.
  • As a manager, you will also have important managerial and administrative responsibilities to manage your team members, as well as providing technical guidance & support to the team members.
  • Involve as a team leader to through-out the software development life cycle (project planning, requirement definition and analysis, architecture analysis and definition, design, implementation, integration and validation). Field-test and maintenance of the Cyber Security related software. Ensure that program objectives are determined and met, logistics are effectively coordinated and budgets are adhered to.
  • Responsible to lead R&D team for designing architecture and implementation according to defined requirement, defining, architecture test strategy for integration, debugging, troubleshooting & validation.
  • Responsible for management, recruitment and training of a R&D team. Oversee R&D team building, supervise and influence R&D team's overall business performance and development, create positive working environment.
  • Provide technical oversight and expertise to guide & support R&D team members.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the company's business units to ensure that the counterparts receive full technical support from R&D team.

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a R&D position for software/application/Cyber Security industry.
  • Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems development experiences.
  • Familiar with agile software development, continuous integration techniques, common algorithms & data structures.
  • Experience in programming languages : C++, GO, Java, JavaScript
  • Equipped with leadership and managerial skills and able to communicate well with counterparts. Candidate must be a self-driven person and enjoys start-up environment
  • An ability to see the big picture to envision projects from start to finish, and risk management to forecast any possible risks and respective solutions to handle the risks. A strong sense of creativity and problems solving skills.
  • Locals only (Frequent potential dealings with the China R&D team)
