Description
Primary Objective:
  • Lead, manage and grow Region retail assets at branch
    • Plan and strategise to grow secured loans, unsecured loans, credit cards and credit-related insurance - key focus on PF, PF-i, ASB & mortgage
    • Drive customers acquisitionÂ(NTB), improve customers retention; customers experience
    • Increase customer's product portfolios breadth - PHR
  • Lead, manage and coach regional sales force to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and strategise sales activities and events
  • Cross sell and up-sell other Bank's products

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement and manage regional sales strategies & business plan to achieve region assets sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities to grow market share and NTB customers
  • Engage with Mass Affluent & Product Heads for products, promotions & campaigns

Sales Management
  • Set, review and communicate sales target to BMs, BDMs & SMs in line with the overall region's target and execution of business plan & sales activities
  • Coordinate with product & marketing team for collaterals & gifts for sales activities/campaigns
  • Review and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to improve sales force productivity
  • Manage leads / referreals and conversion into sales
  • Drive and manage sales activities including up-sell, cross-sell and customer retention

Operations & Compliance
  • Oversight on code of ethics of sales personnel during sales process to avoid mis-selling
  • Ensure sales personnel are equipped with relevant licenses
  • Inculcate sales personnel awareness of AUdit, Risk & Compliance standards and policies

Staff Management
  • Plan and recruit regional BDM ASB & PF-i, SM, PB and SC ASB/PF-i
  • Identify, conduct and train sales personnel on product knowledge and selling skills
  • Coaching and mentoring of sales personnel for peak performance

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
- Professional credit certification or banking certification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with leadership role at financial institution relation to banking, insurance and assets management companies.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience in leading sales team
  • Have relevant licenses required for the portfolio
