What a Regional Creative Director’s day-to-day will look like:

  • You will be responsible for setting and pushing the standards of the Creative department, ensuring that only the highest quality of visuals/copy that are on brand leave the door.

  • As Grab is an ambitious, fast-paced company, you will be managing multiple projects at any given time and working with the Regional Creative Producers to ensure the team is productive, motivated, and delivering work that meets your high standards.

  • You will be working and aligning with Marketing to develop strategies, tactics, and ideas that build the brand and meet the numbers.

  • You will be leading the design and development of effective communications and brand campaigns, which include digital creative work such as online display ads and in-app comms as well as customer experience design.

  • You will be providing guidance and leadership for the juniors, together with the senior Creatives in the Regional Creative team.

  • You will be reporting directly to the Regional Executive Creative Director.

The must-haves:

  • 5+ years in a creative leadership capacity.

  • An impressive portfolio that showcases your strengths and demonstrates your experience in building brands.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in managing teams of art directors and copywriters.

  • Experience in managing workflow for the development of multiple creative marketing assets.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Digital creative experience is a plus.
