Regional Recruiter supporting APAC countries

This is an exciting opportunity for Talent Sourcing professionals to join our team. We are looking for an additional resources that will be based in our Shared Service Centre and provide recruitment support to the assigned region across Asia Pacific. Successful candidates will leverage their expertise on talent identification and research, creating market maps and talent pools to add value to our talent acquisition function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Market map creation of target candidates throughout the supported region
  • Candidate attraction and proactive sourcing on volume positions.
  • Partnering with in-country TA partners and develop sourcing strategies to attract talents.
  • Internal database management.
  • Pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key HR contacts, and providing guidance on candidate market activities.
  • Some interview coordination activities as required.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. Ability to read and speak Cantonese/Mandarin as you will be supporting Cantonese/Mandarin speaking countries
  • Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace working environment.
