Job Description

Principle Accountabilities 

  • Promote, market and sell GeoSolutions non-exclusive product portfolio
  • Utilise existing network of client contacts as well as establishing new client relationships through cold call, email and face to face engagement 
• Prepare and deliver technical sales/business development presentations to key decision makers
• Foster existing client relationships to facilitate new business opportunities
• Identify business contacts within appropriate client teams (NV/Exploration/Research) as well as government and academic institutions
• Monitor client exploration activities and government announcements to identify opportunities for new GeoSolutions non-exclusive product development
• Follow up sales/business development opportunities to an appropriate conclusion
• Support technical colleagues in the development of new product from concept to activation
• Build relationships with, and develop knowledge of, other CGG business lines to broaden the offerings of the company and add value to client
• Develop strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume
• Track activities of key competitors to identify opportunities for Robertson GC
• Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing functions
