Job Description


  • Drive retail sales via promotional and selling activities in the neighboring area.

  • Manage and attend to customer enquiries at the retail outlet.

  • Assist customers with the right product selection.

  • Manage customers’ parcels and ensure punctual collection by pick-up team.

  • Provide timely feedback and suggestions to the area executive/manager.

  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the retail outlet at all times.


  • At least a Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales.

  • Experience in service industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills and has a positive and sales driven attitude.
