YOUR TASKSCustomer - Internal/External
- Be able to identify different business partner's needs and wants and to provide solutions that will ensure business partner's satisfaction.
- Maintain quality customer service through optimised processes, giving feedback to country retail team, and conducting retail audit reviews within their specified area.
Country Premium Reseller / Reseller
- Implement standardized guidelines & procedures that will track and monitor adherence and performance
- Training frontline staff in Best-in-Class Retail
- Provide direction and coaching to business partner's and front line staff, supporting the achievement of revenue targets
- Support country sales & marketing campaigns at Retail point-of-sale
- Ensure effective implementation and running of outlet Local Store Marketing Programs to achieve maximum target segment penetration and revenue performance
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and recommend tactics to counter any emerging threats by competitors on both an Area and Local level.
Direct Sales Channel Manager
- Liaise with country to coordinate and support outlet development and management
Obtain all necessary information to prepare store scorecard and standardized outlet management process.
Operations
Liaise closely with Operations to ensure pick-up times are met, and all supplies are delivered on time
Customer Service
Liaise with customer service to resolve any customer issues that may arise.
Finance
- Liaise with Credit Control and Query Team to ensure that collections and disputes are collected and solved in a timely manner
Opening of accounts and alignment of discount policies with CMF
Supplies arrangement and ensure they are delivered on time
Training
Provide training to business partner's and front line staff
Store Setup
Setting up and running of the physical retail outlets - network expansion
To assist in sourcing the most cost efficient local contractors and suppliers for the proper maintenance of store operation to ensure effective running and staffing of Retail outlets
Ensure that outlets in his given area all have proper processes and procedures in place to run day-to-day outlet operation efficiently.
Ensure that outlets in his given area all have proper supplies and marketing collaterals
Other Key Activities
Obtain all necessary information to prepare store performance and standardized outlet management process
Reporting and Data Handling
Collecting store hours from resellers that is most reflective of the needs of customers and ensure that this is consistently implemented in his given area
Obtain feedback from resellers on areas of improvement, complaints or compliments
. Exhibits an execptional degree of ingenuity, ,creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
. Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
. Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of working experience.
