This position will be responsible for developing appropriate/compatible RPA design solutions, ensuring business requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs/project objectives.
  • Responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions.
  • Perform coding/scripting as needed to resolve automation issues or enhance automation processes using Python, C#.Net, SQL, etc.
  • Contribute to new development on enterprise wide projects.
  • Daily monitoring of the IT supported applications and processes.
  • Analyze solutions’ performance pre and post deployment, identify and troubleshoot issues, recording bugs, testing fixes and work with RPA Developers/Project Managers to implement solutions to resolve the issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, design building and implementing RPA process.
  • Work on enhancement based on the business need.
  • Participate in technical/troubleshooting discussions to develop strategies for solving technical challenges.
  • Work with stakeholders to conduct enhancement on the robot.
  • Work with project team for solution deployment into production.
  • Work closely with RPA Project Managers and Solution Architects in development of RPA project plans, including timeline and costing.
  • Support other RPA teams from IT-related perspectives, including infrastructure, operations and project management.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required in Computer Science, or related education.
  • 1-2 years in IT with development, testing, production support, and software design experience.
  • Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for satisfying those requirements.
  • Experience in coding practices such as .net, VBA, SQL, HTML and C#.
  • Familiar with RPA tool such as NICE RPA, Uipath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, committed and a team player.
  • Ability to work with limited direction and guidance.
