Job Description

Our client is a boutique developer with several successfully sold out projects. They focus on the simple desire to fulfil customer needs in this modern day and age. With innovation being the cornerstone of their business, they infuse flexibility and customer choice into their products, allowing them to satisfy the different and unique needs of their customers.
They are looking for a Sales and Marketing manager with the following responsibilities and requirements:

  • Carry out the planning and oversee the execution for the company's public relations, advertising, corporate communications, budget controls and special events for the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Manage, plan and supervise the marketing team with the goal of achieving the company's targeted objectives in terms of carrying out effective and innovative sales & marketing strategies.
  • Implement the sales & marketing plans and strategies for new and existing projects and analyse the effectiveness of the sales & marketing activities.
  • Strategize, plan, develop and executive the company's marketing strategies/programmers such as social media campaigns, direct mailings, exhibitions and public corporate events.
  • Formulate, implement and update corporate branding.
  • Assume responsibilities for the development and realization of new product opportunities.
  • Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license / permit is active and monitored regularly.
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation.
  • Organize and participate in weekend duty at sales gallery as well as location of projects, property launches or exhibition.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of Sales and Marketing experience in property developer industry (large firm) is required for this position.
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin is a must as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Sales and customer service oriented, able to work independently.
