My client is one of the leading FMCG companies in the world and they are looking to bring on board a Sales Capability Development Manager to be based in Malaysia.
In this role, you will be tasked with building the capabilities of the sales organization to help achieve the organizational goals and through that also create a work force that is competent, engaged and motivated and delivers exceptional results. You will closely with the sales team, uncover their training needs and develop and deliver learning programmes suited to business needs. Drive initiatives like Sales Development Centre, Sales orientation program to support the business needs. You will also be tasked with identifying, assessing and engaging external trainers to address the training needs for the business.
You will have a degree in a business or marketing with at least 10 years in a similar function in a large MNC. You must be a certified coach with ACTA or an equivalent training accreditation. You will be tasked with coming up with relevant training materials to address the needs. Great growth opportunities in a world class setting awaits the right candidate.
