About the job Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Acquiring new clients in targeted industries and segmentation
  • Aggressive to secure and close deal
  • Fluent in product knowledge inside out, believe in its quality
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expands the company's customer base
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:
  • Excellent high-level networking in automotive / manufacturing / engineering
  • Successful previous experience (min 7 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
