Job Description


Primary Objective:
  • Lead, guide and coach a team of PB Banca to achieve sales/revenue target assigned
  • Strategize and execute sales plans, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for acquisition, retention and referral
  • To promote various type of life-insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine
  • To maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationship for higher share of customers wallet
  • Conduct briefing and engagement to PB Banca and participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Activities
  • Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine's life-insurance products to Bank's customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan)
  • Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by Bank/Region

Sales Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
  • Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank's customer and NTB customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR
  • Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
  • Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF forms
  • Compliance to Bank's policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics

Staff Management
  • Provide guidance and motivate PB Banca on prospecting to sales techniques and to coach them for peak performance
  • Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to PB Banca

Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIs

  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio
  • Sales and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
