Job Description

Sales Manger (Infrastructure)

Role :

 Identify business development activities to improve’ market position and generate growth
 Request, plan and execute business development activities
 Provide input from a business development perspective to assist in management decisions
 Actively network within the eco system.
 Identify potential new customers
 Work with customers organizational structure from ground up to promote the position
 Identifying new potential markets for selling products, developing new profit and revenue streams, and developing lists of potential prospects
 To identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in major local and multinational companies
 Generate leads and use own contacts to build a strong pipeline.
 Submit the updated pipeline on a weekly basis
 Actively engage with the vendors, Cisco, HPE, DELL, PaloAlto, and others
 Efficiently plan sales calls, meetings, events, and visits with customers and vendors
 Ensure all sales tasks are being well managed and efficient in execution
 Understand the services required by customers and how they can be related to the different services portfolio offerings of
 To be familiarized with the’ company portfolio and be confident in selling it
 Prepare and work on deal calculations, quotes, offers, and estimates.
 Create presentations required to support any potential deal/opportunity within the defined timelines and customer expectations
 Update the pipeline report weekly
 Coordinate with the Malaysia Leadership team to ensure the required resources is available to fulfil new business opportunities
 Define requirements of simple and complex deals and opportunities, then drive decision making process to closure
 Provide margin estimation of each opportunity to the Regional Head of Sales to support decision making process
 Lead the commercial sales process for any request for proposal (proposal, bidding, contract, and PO) for new customers and new opportunities
 Provide input to bidding process and/or proposal generation (for existing customers)
 Develop and execute sales strategies locally
 Manage customer relationships
 To review & analyse the market situation and report to’ Senior Management periodically
Requirements :

 Minimum University graduate with IT and Business
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT Sales role in a similar industry.
 Individual Contributor New Logo Sales ' Hunter' Mentality and Expertise
 IT Infrastructure products industry experience required
 Great personality who can create strong customer rapport
 Sense of blending customer needs with excellent customer service and with operational company support and profitability
 Proven track record of sales achievement
 Proactive and driven to meet and exceed sales quotas/targets.
 Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors etc.
 Communicates clearly in writing and verbally
Sales Manager (BFSI)

Role :
You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and make sure to be included in the RFP, RFQ and RFI invitations.
 You are expected to work closely with the Pre-sales Consultants and Solution Architects globally.
 To develop rapport and closely work across the delivery teams within the company to create, propose and implement solutions to meet customers’ needs.
 You need to develop and manage relationships and engagement of all levels of the customers.
 You must be able to constantly promote the brand and its Services portfolio across different hierarchies of the customer’s organization.
 Effectively own and manage the different stages in the sales cycle.
Requirements :

 Possess minimum a diploma in IT with at least 5 years of consultative sales experience in selling IT solutions and services.
 Experience in high-level corporate sales of outsourcing solutions with ability to suggest a valid argument for the fiscal benefits of outsourcing.
 Should have an established wide network of customers in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
 Strong salesmanship with proven sales track record
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Has a good understanding of IT services portfolios such as Field Services, Managed Services, Service Desk, Cloud, Datacenter, AV and Security.
 Has basic and/or general understanding of IT Proposals and Contracts.
 Must have a firm grasp on Time Management.
 Must be sharp and prompt in responding to customers RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
