We are seeking a dynamic individual to be responsible for processing Point of Sales report submitted by the Distributors and Partners on weekly basis and ensure the report submitted is timely and accurate.

  • You will play an important role in:
  • Work with Distributors and third-party vendor to ensure reports are timely and accurate
  • Coordinate with internal team to validate and clean up data
  • To monitor and provide updates on the report’s timeliness, accuracy and compliance requirements and publish & maintain reports that support the regional sales organization and other function team e.g Sales Operations, Finance
  • Provide training to the Distributors on reporting submission process and requirements
  • Work with Global team and participate in UAT testing pertaining to the reporting

Key Skills We are looking for :
  • 5-8 years of experience creating/updating/running sales or revenue reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business-related focus; equivalent training and industry experience
  • Experiences in handling Point Of Sales reporting will be added advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication scheduling and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail required. & ability to work with teams globally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present internally and externally to all levels across functional domains.
  • Proactive- Must want to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with SalesForce.Com CRM tool, preferred
