Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of the Sales operations across Enterprise Practices.The successful incumbent need to support Enterprise Practices sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications.
What are you accountable for
  • Analyzes data, research, and/or processes. Duties may include handling sales data and reports, compensation and Sales Incentive Plan, sales processes, customer, and marketing data.
  • Assist with sales incentive compensation modelling, analysis & administration.
  • Oversee CRM (Salesforce.com) performance and engagement across the team, onboard new salespeople, strategize on process improvements, and coordinate team.
  • Consistently looks for ways to improve the CRM and lead process to improve sales productivity.
  • Measures and evaluates sales data to determine the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign.

What do you need to have for this role
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline to include Business and Finance Management.
  • 6-8 years of combined experience in Sales Analysis and Business Review.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing CRM (Salesforce.com) data and report.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and manage a complex team environment.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations roles, preferably within the IT/Telco Outsourcing Industry.
