Functional title: Scrum Master
Contract duration: 12 Months (Maternity Replacement)
Salary Range: up to RM14,000 depending on experience
Job description:

What You'll Be Doing
  • Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.
  • Guiding and coaching both the Scrum Team and Development team on how to get the most out of self-organize.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to product backlog refinement and maintaining the product backlog.

Your Merits
  • Minimum total of 5 years of working experience in software development.
  • First level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM).
  • Minimum 2 years Scrum Master and/or Project Manager or Team Lead experience.
  • Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices.
  • Cool, calm, collected and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to manage team members from different departments and have good communication skills with technical team and business stakeholders.
