Get to know the team:
The role will sit within the Merchant Integrations team under the Grab Financial Group's Regional Merchant team. The team works with partners such as banks, payment providers and merchants to enable GrabPay as a payment method for their customers. We are a small team, but expanding fast. Our team is based across South East Asia.
Get to know the role:
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable GrabPay and Grab PayLater as payment methods. You will be the bridge between business, operations and technology. Payments and technical experience will be required.
The Day-to-Day Activities
  • Lead the end to end process for onboarding new partners to GrabPay and Grab PayLater. This includes partner support during the technical integration, articulating user journey, API and payment flows, debugging, and sharing best practices.
  • Support merchants from various e-commerce platforms on configurations needs for GrabPay and PayLater
  • Post launch support and technical account management, including migration of partner to new APIs and providing technical support for new features deployment
  • Follow up and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, business, operations) to ensure projects are launched in a timely manner
  • Project manage: making sure there's a pipeline of partners being onboarded and launched in a timely manner
  • Update cross functional project and integration trackers, including CRM tools.
  • Writing new operational processes, workflow, and documents
  • End-to-end execution during pilot programs and new product launches
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions

The Must-Haves
  • Obtained Bsc Computer Science / Computer engineering / Information Systems
  • At least 2 - 4 years of IT consulting experience
  • Ability to articulate clearly and concisely technical APIs, flows and documentations
  • Prior work experience in South East Asia markets is preferred
  • Ideal candidate will be intuitive, resourceful, enjoys solving complex problems, and working independently
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of product, engineering, and business.
  • This role does not involve programming, however prior programming knowledge and technical skills is a plus point
  • Clear understanding of payments and the surrounding ecosystem such as online checkout, QR payments, buy now pay later, merchant settlement, etc. is a plus point.
