This role is required to support the APAC region on Changepoint (PPMS) which may include the following:
1. Import/export interfaces that are integrated with other systems (ITSM, Workday, SalesForce, SAP)
2. Advising users on how to rectify issues
3. Any L2 and above issues that Unified Service Desk is unable to resolve
4. Coordinating with other respective teams (business, finance, vendor) for data/system issues
5. Involvement in cross-functional projects as IT representative
6. Involvement in ad-hoc projects conducted in region as IT representative
7. Communication to users on any planned/unplanned outage on Changepoint
8. Working with Unified Service Desk to setup master data on Changepoint (Rates, Fiscal Periods etc.)
Hard Skills Needed:
1. Displays strong understanding of specific systems – Changepoint, SAP, SalesForce, Workday, ServiceNow. Ability to grasp understanding of process flow between systems
2. Possess knowledge of Microsoft SQL. Able to write general query scripts (SELECT, UPDATE etc.). This is required for this role as there are a lot of customizations and configurations that requires SQL knowledge
3. Basic understanding of Microsoft Servers (i.e. Services, Task Scheduler, Custom Interfaces, IIS etc.)
4. Ability to provide L2 and above regional level system support
5. Possess good understanding the behavior of the custom interfaces on Changepoint
