Job Description

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years as Business Analyst in an IT organization / Banks or as an operations user in banks
  • In-depth end to end processing knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas - Payments, Cheque & Cash Collections, Electronic Collections, EIPP/EBPP, Liquidity Management (Sweeps, Pooling), Channel banking (Internet, Mobile, API, H2H)
  • In-depth knowledge on Malaysia Payment rails, Direct Debits and Market practices
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering / Management including FSD/FRD Preparation, User Stories and Requirement Traceability Matrix
  • Change / Defect Management experience which includes analysis, solution design and documentation and query resolution
  • Ability to comprehend the requirements and document the detailed solutions to the product teams and quality assurance team
  • Good Communications, Presentation and Documentation skills
Good to Have:

  • Payment rails of Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other APAC countries
  • UAT and Production support from functional aspect
  • Basic Knowledge of Database, SQL Queries
  • Exposure to Banking Products / software
  • Experience in Client's place / Direct Client interaction
  • Trade, Supply Chain Finance and any other banking domains
Responsibilities 
  • Conduct Product Walk-through / Solution Workshops with Customer
  • Responsible for reviewing and understanding the business requirements of our clients in the banking and financial services and translate the business requirements into detailed functional specifications and business scenarios
  • Liaison directly with banks and be responsible for end to end delivery of the requirement
  • Support during various phases of Testing - SIT, UAT from functional perspective
  • Responsible for detailed Products demo to Banks and Internal teams
  • Liaison with Quality Assurance team for Test Planning, test data identification and test scenario and cases review
  • Pre-UAT and Post UAT training to Bank Teams
  • Responsible for post production Query Resolutions
  • Preparation / Review of Product Related Documentations
  • Support for the finalization of Non functional requirements and Interface requirements
