As part of Advertisement Marketing and Commerce (AMC), you will work with our team to help clients with define, setup, and operate data-driven marketing analytics capabilities, driving growth for brands through insights
You will be:
  • Leader in marketing analytics strategy, able to bring to life insights across customer behaviour, journey, and touchpoints, through data and analytics
  • Understand digital and marketing KPI and measurements, having setup analytics frameworks for multiple brands and using them to drive decisions for clients
  • Ability to translate data into insights into actions
  • Take a hypothesis driven approach with MVT, A/B testing
  • Expertise in analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analytics for MROI, CLV, attribution and other customer and marketing related domains
  • Works across all channels web, mobile, media, TVC etc.
  • Able to implement customer 360, CDP solutions, with experience in using these to bring personalized experience to life
  • Dashboarding and visualization
  • Skills in using, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, R/Python, SQL, etc.
  • A cowboy in data wrangling
  • Domain knowledge in Banking, Consumer D2C, eCommerce
  • Lead teams and work with cross-functional teams effectively

In addition
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and digital analytics
  • Worked in complex transformation initiatives
  • A practitioner of data-driven marketing, martech, marketing analytics with experience in SEA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthe business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
