The Role
We are looking for a highly energetic individual who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data science and technology initiatives for Grab’s Regional Marketing Data Science and Technology Operations team. You’ll deliver and implement analytics concepts for paid and owned/CRM media channels, maintain existing setup and drive ongoing optimizations. Furthermore, you’ll liaise with internal and external marketing functions, martech & engineering teams, and media partners on technical aspects of tracking and implementations. The successful candidate will have working proficiency in Digital Marketing and CRM technologies which can drive personalization and growth at a large scale.
What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing and CRM managers across the region, to define the marketing problem, scope project solutions, develop/deploy solutions, and ultimately measure business impact/ROI

  • Develop, supervise and maintain business/marketing metrics via dashboards across CRM and Paid media channels

  • Understand business use cases, craft and develop solutions and present findings to the leadership team

  • Connect with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior management of marketing and country operations

  • Develop and validate critical data pipelines across CRM and Digital campaigns

Required Skill Set/Expertise
Must-Have

  • Bachelors/Masters in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Math, Physics or other equivalent fields

  • Expert-level knowledge in database marketing and CRM

  • Proficiency in SQL with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Background in data visualization and storytelling

  • Experience in any cloud environment based technologies such as Azure, AWS, Hive, Presto, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Datorama, Tableau

  • Experience in Python/R is a plus

  • Experience with Google Sheets / ExcelDesirable

  • Understanding of concepts of direct marketing, personalized marketing programs, customer acquisition, nurturing newly acquired customers, customer-value based segmentation, marketing campaign design will be a plus

  • Understanding of foundational marketing technologies (Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs/Content Management Systems, Audience Management Platforms (CDP), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
