Job Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspect of Human Resource Management and Administrative functions which includes compensation & benefits, manpower planning & recruitment, industrial relations, payroll processing and training & development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Responsible to oversee the operations of HR Department in complying with the legal requirements and compliances.
- Responsible to lead and supervise issues related to workers misconducts or disciplinary issues in the Company.
- Responsible to maintain and improve employee relations, provide support and assistance whenever required, in internal communication and organization of Company events.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about work.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field.
- Min 2 years of management experience in HR.
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Solid communication skills.
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
