Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals
  • Together with Squad Lead, plan for operationalization and scaling up developed solutions
  • Bring product related and frontline process and customer related knowledge to the team
  • Ensure delivery of journey against budget
  • Responsible for collating data, interviews customers, and conducting research to support design and enhancements to customer journey

Capabilities / Activities
  • Develop/modify unsecured credit products by pricing, features, and risk characteristics
  • Understand customer journey from lifestyle needs perspective, sales channel pain points, monitor sales result, and conduct visits
  • Develop briefing/training materials & conduct product briefing/training sessions for both internal & external parties
  • Develop and execute go to market strategy and planning
  • Channel performance management & engagement
  • Support Squad Lead on preparation to obtain approval on new product development - communication materials, product filling, system roll out and adheres to regulators requirement
  • Support Squad Lead on product regulatory requirement and communication. Engagement with :-

- Legal and Compliance on new requirement and changes on T&Cs, product liability, etc
- Audit reporting for product related matter
- Risk and Operations on backend changes and requirement
- Group Shariah in compliance to Islamic product
  • Plan and manage marketing and campaigns (include coordinate with analytics to understand consumer behavior to strategies and plan campaigns)
  • Ad-hoc business / strategy deck preparations, management and regulatory reporting


Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Formal Education : Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree preferably in marketing, business or finance.
  • Professional Accreditation : Any accreditation program in Banking is an added advantage.
  • Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry) : At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field preferably in product development and management / business data analysis.
  • Other skills required:
  • Able to empower teams & make decisions effectively
  • Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain
  • Understanding bank processes & customers journey
  • Good problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Innovative and creative thinking
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with various levels across the organization
