DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving revenue targets, this is achieved through a thorough understanding of the needs of your customers, matching services and solutions to meet these needs, whether these needs are to improve communication programs, business process outsourcing, or the re-engineering and automation of existing processes using our technology and services.
Working closely with the Account Manager and Business consultants to generate revenue from strategic client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets/sales quotas and ensure complete customer satisfaction
Selection Criteria / Candidate’s Requirements - Maximum 5 Key Requirements (Compulsory Field)
• Customer focused and highly refined relationship development skills.
• Proven Relationship Management and Sales ability, including excellent negotiation skills, persuasive ability, excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
• Sound product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
• Liaise with internal/external clients to ensure that the most innovative, economical, and profitable solutions/methods are implemented for the client’s needs/requirements. Be that existing or new solutions/methods.
• Interface with C- level contacts, business unit heads and project teams
Background & Experience
• Services selling and/or consulting experience, including having used structured approaches will be well regarded
• Broad knowledge of and ability to bring to bear experiences in the functional and technical aspects of production printing
• Excellent understanding of emerging printing technologies & trends
