Job Description

Location: Ara Damansara
Salary : Up to RM 7000 + Commissions

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and own end-to-end hiring activities, including onboarding of candidates.
• Consistently search, source, screen, offer, and onboard high-quality talent from various channels.
• Work closely with hiring manager/delivery leaders to understand talent needs and work towards timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Strategize and source candidates on job platforms and external databases for niche skills.
• Shortlist candidates through various modes via telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate, and as per the requirement specifications of the client.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to internal database, employees and passive candidates.
Requirements
• Min 5+ years hands-on experience as Technical Recruiter in the IT industry
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases as such Monster, Naukri, Job Street, LinkedIn Recruiter and Facebook
• Highly experienced in candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and portal/Boolean search)
• Experienced in interviewing candidates in various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
• Experience in supervising junior recruiters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
