Incumbents in this classification are generally responsible for the implementation of service delivery. Key
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on daily operations issues
  • Perform duties in accordance with account processes and procedures
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations for each client
  • Take responsibility for follow-up services, problem escalation and issue remediation
  • Take ownership of the Change Management and Incident Management processes
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance and enhancement of operational processes and procedures to improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery of services
  • Analyze and highlight operations performance
  • Complete and submit reports as required
  • Support process improvement initiatives

  • Recognized bachelor’s degree in related discipline (desirable)
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads to complete multiple, simultaneous tasks both for self and others

  • Possesses a minimum of 1 - 2 years of service delivery support experience.
  • Prior experience working in Service Delivery/Client Account Management, Change Management and Incident Management
  • Prior experience working with Statements of Work, and contract requirements.
  • Ability to work with team members, peers and external clients.
  • Must be able to work to specific service level agreement (SLA) requirement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suit
