Job Description

• Level 1.5/2 - 2 FTEs with skills in Work Place and Office 365
fresh graduates also can apply
• Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in level 1.5 support or 2 years in Technical Service desk environment.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin/English.
• Level 1.5 Agents are not expected to pick up calls coming in from end users.
• 1.5 Agents may need to call the users to do remote technical troubleshoot.
• Target for contract to be signed in September 2020.
• Start work in December 2020
