Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the client in IT matters through phone, emails or web portal
  • Log issues in service desk database and escalate to appropriate 2nd level support and 3rd party support vendors.
  • Manage incidents, to ensure speedy resolution, and whenever necessary conferencing with various resolver group and stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer servers & network.
  • Ensure continuous improvement on job function
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Has basic IT knowledge.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries in a professional manner.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to work in 12 hours shift rotation.
  • Attendance adherence is essential for this role.

  • 1 year contract position (renewable)
  • Shift allowance RM 500/month
