Job Description

- Monitor system availability and performance and to take appropriate action on alerts received
- Assist to provide ID reset
- Log issues in service desk database and escalate to appropriate 2nd level support and/or 3rd party support vendors
- Follow up and track logged incidents according to service level agreement
- Ensure continuous improvement on job function
- Maintain and update service desk database
- Responsible to provide weekly/monthly reporting and ensure its accuracy
- Carry out other duties assigned by team leader
