Job Description


-Corrective Maintenance for Control System (T3000).
-To provide 24/7 on call service to the assigned utility plants.
-Responsible to troubleshoot, analyze and to provide solution.
-To facilitate & follow up escalated open points.
-Preventive Maintenance for Control System (T3000).
-To perform planned / adhoc preventive maintenance services; to facilitate spare part supply program together with the service manager.
-Performance Enhancement
-To install patches for bug fixes, updates, Malware protection etc.
-To follow up & close open cases with hot line/ RND if required.
-Planning & Reporting
-To plan service routine & report to service manager
