Position Description: The Services and Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting CAP Commercial Marketing team – in collaboration with Services as well as AP and country marketing teams - for planning, execution and tracking of ATL and demand generation campaigns in all CAP markets. The Services and Solutions Marketing Manager will report to the CAP Commercial Marketing Lead, and work in coordination with AP Commercial marketing team, CAP Services team as well as Regional Commercial Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate must have the right mix of marketing skills, interpersonal skills, project management skills and strong character to be effective as a member of the CAP Commercial Marketing organization. Responsibilities: • Formulate strategic marketing plan with regional teams in order to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation for Lenovo’s Services and Solutions – covering REL & SMB • Collaborate with Product, Services and Marketing teams as well as solutions partners to develop go-to-market strategy with compelling messaging and content for all stages of the funnel. • To establish a clear influencer/advocate strategy and build strategic relationships with subject matter experts, partners and vendors in order to attract target verticals and market segments • End-to-end planning, execution of tracking of ATL & demand generation campaigns to ensure full alignment with the buyer journey. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition distribution channels to improving marketing performance Position Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience • In-depth knowledge and experience in latest marketing trends • 5+ years in digital and online marketing • Work experience in IT/PC solution or services industry • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to influence outcomes without authority • Experience working with regional teams and conducting business internationally is a plus
