Job Description

Job description & responsibilities:

1. Daily maintenance schedule arrangement, management and preparation of safety operation rules of the motorized equipment
2. Failure maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair report of mechanical equipment and metering equipment
3. Operation training and guidance to SMT equipment operators
4. maintain statistics on utilization rate of key equipment and important equipment within the production line
5. Responsible in maintaining integrity rate & statistics on the mechanical equipment within the production line
6. On-line debugging of SMT device program (DEK printing, Panasonic NPM)
7. Selective wave soldering programming and assisting in wave soldering production
8. Trouble shooting on related SMT equipment (DEK, Panasonic NPM mounter, Rehm reflow welding, selective wave soldering, Asymtek three anti-coating machine, etc.). Assisting SMT production and manufacturing engineers to deal with SMT quality abnormalities
9. Maintain & prepare equipment data for internal and external audit, plus carry out rectification and zeroing of non-conformance items
10. Assisting related functional management department to complete annual maintenance and acceptance of key equipment and important equipment of the department
11. Transfer and acceptance of fixed assets and scrap disposal
12. Complete temporary tasks assigned

1. At least 3 years of relevant SMT hands-on working experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related profession
3. Proficient with SMT & related equipment and applications
4. Able to operate alone including maintenance, trouble shooting, analyze and optimization
5. Experience in setup new production would be a plus
6. Advanced communication skill (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Mandarin communication would be a plus
