Technical Interface Lead:
• Comprehensive knowledge in either of the DXC/CSC General Insurance systems - PSEA, POLM and Integral PAS etc.
• Strong knowledge and hand on experience in current interfaces model applicable for General Insurance business in Malaysia including Emerimen, ISM, JPJ, FLAS and rest of interfaces.
• Experience in gathering, documenting and managing the business and functional requirements, communicating effectively with upper management, developers and QA engineers.
• Work with users to establish the best practices and principles aligned with General Insurance. Provides business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives and systems capabilities.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to take up the new challenges along the project journey.
• Moderate level knowledge in writing SQL queries and scripts.
• Provide onsite support and management of user acceptance testing (UAT). Supporting both business and IT testing.
• Ensure that change management processes adhered to.
• Ready to handle multiple tasks / projects at a time.
Requirements
• Candidate must have for Technical Interface lead: GEL expects this lead to have knowledge in DXC/CSC General Insurance system and the associates interfaces application in Malaysia.
