Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare test script based on JIRA user stories
  • Execute all necessary test cycles (e.g. System and Integration Test) as per test plan and document results
  • Responsible for detecting and reporting bugs/defects during testing phases in dedicated tools (Jira/MS excel) and monitor/ communicate resolution
  • Support Business Users and Business Analysts to prepare and execute UAT Test to ensure scripts meet the affiliate requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or Computer science
  • +3 years of professional experience with test management tools
  • Experience in web and mobile testing
  • Understanding structured test methods and processes
  • Experience in all testing phases and activities
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in software testing
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, SDLC regulatory requirements and processes
  • Good knowledge of HP ALM or similar
  • Knowledge of the automated testing tools and strategies would be a plus.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience in CRM, MDM, OM applications would be a plus.
  • Experience in API testing would be a plus.
  • Understand the complexity of software and software product development
  • Attention to details
  • Skilled in testing conceptual and logical models
  • Controlling and rigorously applying the conditions and parameters of tests
  • Passionate about people, their development and puts them as their priority to achieve great results together
  • Ability to lead by influence, demonstrated effectiveness, drive decisions and account for results
  • Understands strategic context of large organizations and is eager to make an impact
  • Flexibility to attend meetings outside standard working hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
