Job Description

Possess a minimum 8 years of working experience in respective SAP area/module with at least 2 years working as solution architect capacity in any projects
Accountability & Impact- Leading the completion of specific projects. Accountable for end-to-end SAP Module process and deliverables in the area of expertise. Perform impact assessment for any specific projects.
Leadership & Influence- Plays lead role responsible for individual deliverables assigned to them. Represents functional team on project teams; may influence decisions/direction of the project.
Technical Expertise- Configure solution where applicable. Ability to conceptualize and perform proof of concept (POC) of solutions where necessary to articulate the overall solution architecture in an integrated business landscape. Excellent knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Logistics business processes and understands cross-functional, integrated process flow, interfaces, data and the dependencies across multiple business applications (i.e. SAP & non-SAP)
Challenges conventional thinking and traditional ways of operating and ability to engage stakeholders effectively to identify issues and opportunities.
Ensure knowledge management activities are setup and maintained evergreen as well as keep additional focus in retaining critical knowledge within the organization.
Strong communication and business partnering skills
Excellent influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills, self-reliance and effective in the management of day-to-day activities with Business stakeholders and internal colleagues
Supporting innovation in scope of processes and technologies and identifying opportunities to reuse existing solutions.
Able to work in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallel.
Life Science / Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
Functional Expert
Possess an average 5 years of working experience in respective SAP area/module with at least 2 years working as team lead capacity in any projects
Accountability & Impact- Contributes to the completion of specific projects. Excellent understanding of end-to-end SAP Area/Module process and deliverables.
Manage escalations by working with the right party to resolve issues, lead service improvement plan or task force if necessary. Ensure clear communication on escalation responses are executed in a timely manner.
Strong analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
Ability to read and understand basic ABAP codes to be able to effectively work with developers.
Domain knowledge and hands-on configuration experience of SAP Area/Module with minimum of 2 complete SAP implementation cycle.
Strong working knowledge and experience in development of IDOC and EDI mapping
Good conceptual ability in understanding complex problems/information with the ability to abstract and represent the idea in a simple easy to understand way for Business stakeholders.
Level of autonomy- In general, receives little instruction on day-to-day work; receives general instructions on new projects or assignments. Will receive instruction and oversight on more complicated elements of assigned work.
Able to work in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallel.
Life Science / Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
