Position Description: • Responsible for overall core channel strategy; initiatives; policies & programs • Responsible for SMB Commercial business overall P&L • Steer and monitor go to market strategy to ensure profitability and capturing market share via named Solutions T2 Channel partners • Drive key initiatives, enablement & programs for strategic named Solutions T2 Channel partners to sell Lenovo Solutions and Services portfolio • Plan, execute and ensure the success of Solutions Expert channel programs • Own the T2 channel platform for Solutions T2 Business Partner recruitment, performance review & termination process; including quarterly business review (QBR); Business Partner performance (CA, Revenue, SOW) tracking & review Position Requirements: - Degree in any fields - min 5 to 6 years sales and partner management skills - experience in solutions and services selling
