Position Description: Role: Understand client business, the technical environment including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the requirements by assisting to Complete tender/proposal making, Bid management and do Solution Architecting of Servers & Storage Products. Focusing on Red Hat offerings especially on containers solutions including SQL and SAP workloads. Responsibilities: • Own and drive Red Hat Subscription Renewal for AP. Target 70% renewal attainment against annual renewal target. • Work as a contributing member in the customer engagement team and provide positioning Lenovo DCG products/solutions to help win the business • Understand customer environment, including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the requirements • Treat & assist Business Partner organizations as Lenovo sales force and work for joint success • This BD assures a solution's relevance to customer requirements, ensures technical feasibility, drives implementation planning and ensures successful customer engagement • Work with various stakeholders within & outside of Lenovo DCG, to ensure successful, ongoing business relations with identified markets • Contribute to re-usable documentation and information for greater benefit of the team • Build case studies off customer success stories, possess a good understanding of industry trends and be able to contribute/share relevant information among peers, industry community and industry press • Position Lenovo as a preferred, total IT solutions and services partner • Complete all levels of technical & non-technical competence certification as required by Lenovo DCG, from time to time to help enhance customer value and personal career growth . Position Requirements: At least 5 - 10 years experience IT infrastructure Sales Strong Linux (RHEL) background is a must
