JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data management - extract raw data from system, tabulate it into the respective working files to cater for Nationwide Balance Score Card (BSC) tracker performance need.
  • Design and develop Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) tracking templates.
  • Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) monitoring & tracking for sales positions under GRD.
  • Coaching session monitoring & tracking for non-sales positions under GRD.
  • End to end process for Performance Improvement Programme which incl. preparing coaching / PIP template, issuing Notification / Warning Letters, following up with regions on status & submissions, analysis of gaps etc

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Formal Education : Degree & above
  • Professional Accreditation : Excel
  • Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry) : Minimum 3-5 years experience in business / financial analytics and performance tracking.

Other skills required:
  • Consumer banking experience with good business acumen.
  • Good verbal / written communication skills. Able to work well with people across different business levels.
  • Able to work well with people across different business levels.
