Job Description


In Scope : General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Inter-company, Bank and Financial Reporting
Project
  • Responsible for all RTR Project related activities as per project road map defined.
  • Ensure / Enforce process standardization according to GOM
  • Involvement in project validation, UAT, knowledge transfer, documentation, PnP preparation & Hypercare.
  • Coordination with service line on successful project validation, UAT, knowledge transfer, documentation, PnP preparation & Hypercare.
  • Provide expert opinion and suggestion on GOM/ ROM process alignment & improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreeable timeline and report discrepancies and delay to RTR project stakeholders.
  • Working with BPO team & country to ensure adherence to Compliance, GOM alignment, Efficiency potential, Project timeline delivery are all met.

Continuous Improvement
  • Explore new solution to automate RTR processes using RPA, Machine Learning, Macros, other Automation solutions.
  • Improve Balance Sheet Review quality by participating in reviews and providing areas of improvements.
  • Explore new ways of presenting RTR GKPI using digital whiteboards and Power BI tools.
  • Setting up tight and measurable controls & check points in tightening up CRISP Controls to improve and sustain good control above 98%.
  • Improving overall presentation of KPI's and Statistics quality of RTR.
  • Ensure agreed KPIs with country are met and deliver quality as per SLA.

Analytical and Documentation
  • Design and automate metrics, reports, statistics on RTR KPI's to properly measures balance sheet quality.
  • Capable of using available tools to create timely managing reports on team's performance and timely escalations.
  • Adopting Power BI as reporting tools for RTR metrics & statistics to be incorporated in to existing digital whiteboard.
  • Timely review and updates on RTR documentation and PnP's to ensure update to date and aligned with existing process.
  • Documenting all related Process Deviations approved and to ensure validity if each deviation.

Others Activities
  • Adhoc requirements for the department (for eg. presentation Power Point) to deliver which does not form part of the routine task.

  • 3-5 years relevant RtR experience with Degree / advance Diploma in accounting (with SSC experience will be an added advantage).
  • Experience with SAP HANA is also a plus point.
  • Experience in Power BI would be excellent.
