Description
Strategy & Planning
  • Build deep understanding of customer’s business needs and decision making process of assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible to manage and optimize GTB opportunities with assigned portfolio to achieve the targeted growth and KPIs.
  • To attain complete ownership of trade and cash utilization of assigned portfolio.

Sales & Marketing
  • Manage and maintain close relationship and rapport with key contacts/decision makers of assigned portfolio.
  • Proactive customer calling for utilization and implement steps / measures to revive and grow utilization.
  • Promote and capture export business i.e LC Nego/Discounting from the assigned portfolio.
  • To reactivate, convert and onboard assigned portfolio on Reflex Premium
  • Proactively promote fundamental cash management services i.e collection, payments and operating account to assigned portfolio.
  • Provide feedback regarding competitor analysis, gaps, capabilities to GTB Product and or Operations / other relevant stakeholders for improvement.

People & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders especially RM, Operations, Product and Branches to drive the sales agenda with assigned portfolio.
  • Uphold the Group’s value and culture.
  • Hold regular reviews with RMs and constructive discussion to achieve targets for assigned portfolio.

Governance
  • Exercise delegated authority within the permitted/ approved framework.
  • Ensure product and process compliance and achieve good audit rating.

Requirements
  • PG R3 - R5 (Assistant Manager - Manager)
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in cash and trade sales
  • Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
  • Proven ability to manage portfolio of accounts independently.
  • Proven track record to scope opportunities and deliver sales targets.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Resourceful with strong sales and self discipline.
  • Good communication skill – able to articulate and present ideas and pitches effectively.
