Key Responsibilities
Systems Vision and Value Delivery:
Drive the day-to-day execution of the Sprint during the SDLC phase (Execution, Monitoring & Control phase)
Focal point of contact to provide squad progress to management/stakeholders, Communicate clearly the system developments and impact to all stakeholders
Ensures the team understands, and adheres to the Agile framework
Facilitate the squad in conducting Agile ceremonies
Leads, guides squad members to remove impediments & ensure quick escalation if necessary to enable the team to deliver value fast
Works closely with the Development team, other IT key stakeholders and Product Owner to decide on the deliverables, project/CR plan, budget drawdown and timelines
Close engagement with Product Owner to develop clear and sufficiently deep product backlog aligned with story prioritization
Collaborate with Product Owner to translates business/stakeholder user stories into technical user stories
Stakeholder Alignment:
Breaking down of technical realities into simpler language and aligning them with non-technical stakeholders
Ensure alignment of systems prioritization decisions and deliverables with all stakeholders
Clearly communicate system developments and impact to all stakeholders
Remain the primary point of contact for the business for IT related requests with relation to quest, features and user stories.
Team Leadership:
Clearly communicate systems vision to development team and to motivate, inspire and foster delivery.
Clearly communicate user stories to developers to provide clear direction.
Refine and clarify user stories with input from team.
Ensure continuous & incremental delivery, coordinating with other agile roles as necessary.
Review on Squad decisions to ensure alignment with business/stakeholders.
System Resiliency:
Collaborate with Group IT Infrastructure Services and Group IT Security on application obsolescence and patch management
Collaborate with Group IT Infrastructure Services on the System management capacity planning and System performance monitoring
Ensure compliance to Disaster Recovery Plan exercise objectives
Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure the system's Disaster Recovery Plan is aligned with Business Contingency Plan
Deliver quality application support services in accordance to the Service Levels Agreements
Requirements
Bachelor Degree - in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology
Experience in payment (e.g. RPP, FPX, SWIFT/RENTAS) or front end channel solutions (e.g. internet banking, cash management solution) for 10+ years
Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain.
Business savvy and able to understand business requirements and specifications.
