Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and banking solution needs

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Tech and Ops teams to ensure contracted system specifications are executed on-time and as agreed for clients

  • Become a subject matter expert on e-payment solutions, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

  • To manage e-commerce business clientele on the e-Wallet, e-Payment & e-Commerce requirements

  • Organize events, promotions, offers, and marketing strategies for PFS Digital Business

  • To lead & manage e-Payment projects such as WeChat Pay, RPP, PayNet, MyDebit and etc. for clients

  • Managing and planning for Business Projects CAPEX and OPEX

  • Adopt & implement best practices to support PFS to improve governance, market response & customer service
