  • Optimise cashflow, ensuring we meet our obligations while managing risks and payments
  • Support dealing activities including FX, money market, commercial paper, interest rates and derivatives

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for month end closing activities, Journal Entries review and approval, and drive alignment between local and shared service teams to ensure monthly closing deadlines are met timely and accurately.
  • Perform balance sheet flux analysis, accounts reconciliation & issues resolution, working capital analysis and customer credit review.
  • Coordinate the monthly intercompany incoming / outgoing charges ensuring no out of balance for all intercompany transaction.
  • Support monthly product sales reporting and liaise with Financial Planning Team on the monthly Trade Fund spending and accounting variance analysis.
  • Ensure integrity of financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies & procedures, US GAAP.
  • Maintain & ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with corporate policies & procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional and provide financial leadership to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management in the execution of business strategies.
  • Lead efforts to ensure the workplace environment supports the development of high performing team focused on continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Use accounting concepts, wide-ranging experience, analytical skills and knowledge of industry to resolve issues in creative and effective ways and ensure that appropriate judgment is applied in developing accounting estimates and accruals related to revenue and expenditure cycles.
  • Responsible for company statutory audit and tax, work with internal and external auditors ensuring timely submission of all statutory requirements.
  • Complete and submit government survey / statistic report and support team on ad-hoc projects.
