Location Malaysia
- Responsible to execute all transactional task related to IDM order and inventory management.
- Be able to work independently with stakeholders in coordinating inventory movement activity and work in resolving potential issue arise during shipment.
- Responsible to execute order placement in accordance to required standard guidance on timely basis.
- Candidate will also need to support part and system setup, data clean up in ensuring good data quality setup in system
Skillset Requirements
- Diploma holder with 1 3 years of experience. Ability to write and communicate well in English and interact internally and externally.
- Strong computer knowledge all MS office applications . Knowledge of supply chain, factory, SAP would be an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and act with velocity and sense of urgency. High attention to details. Disciplined and responsive.
- Able to work in a team and with little supervision. Demonstrated tolerance of ambiguity, self motivation and flexibility to adapt to new and changing situations
