Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Test program owner that governs trim and probe, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices in HVM stage
  • Fully responsible to buyoff and review all new test program release to production
  • Provide Operation Supports on issues troubleshooting and lead the team to identify the solutions for test related issues
  • Working with NPI development team to understand the test coverage evaluation, test flow integration and test hardware qualification
  • Strong understanding of test program, good communication and capability to work product management, product engineering, software and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization
  • Test KPIs: Test yield improvement, test coverage improvement and test time reduction

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or Master in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years mastery of principles of test experience in electronics industrial
  • Experience of analog/mixed signal product testing, good understanding of test methodology. Yield engineering, test board and test hardware design background is a plus.
  • Java, Perl, C++ coding skills
  • Good troubleshooting skills including hands-on experience with lab equipment

  • Circuits debug knowledge that includes one or more of the following: analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, Mixed-signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, optical, high speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs
