Job Description

Job functions
- Managing Supplier’s Quality to ensure that defective parts/components do not impact production or customers.
- Work with supplier for continuous improvement. Develop timeline for completion and follow up of corrective actions.
- Manage New Product Development, develop product specification, Control Plan and quality criteria with suppliers
- Conduct new or potential supplier assessment.
- Conduct supplier audit of quality system, process, inspection, lab test, etc.
- Manage critical supplier mass production ramp up, including early production quality containment program.
- Control and monitor suppliers to be in compliance of Supplier Quality Manual and Purchasing requirements.
- Leads/participates in cross-functional improvement teams/programs to effective resolution and results.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Problem solving sense & education/experience & other knowledge required.
- Minimum college degree preferably in quality, operations, engineering, technology or quality related field required.
- Minimum two years related quality control experience.
- Good understanding of quality approaches.
- Familiar with structured problem solving using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Cause and Effects Analysis.
- Familiar with ISO9000 and TS16946. Skills and experience in Social Accountability are preferred.
- Previous work experience in a cross-cultural, international environment is preferred.

- Good in written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage supplier organizations while maintaining professional relationship and positive attitude.
- A capable team player and able to adapt to various project requirements.
- Have the ability to remain organized and self directed in a fast-paced environment.
- Have ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate related data.
- Have the ability to read, analyze and interpret advanced technical data.
- Have the ability to develop solutions for moderate to complex problems or systems.
- Have the ability to read, interpret, and follow work procedures, instructions, and other related materials and to follow verbal instructions.
- Frequent travel is required.
