Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in material planning, scheduling and purchasing, as well as stock shipping and receiving functions of the organisation;
• Maintain supply and delivery schedules;
• Perform proper recording, storage and tracking of all items purchased for accurate inventory;
• Identify primary and alternate sources for each item needed and encourage suppliers to remain competitive to achieve best value;
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders to obtain necessary materials and products in timely and most cost-effective manner;
• Manage the relationships between many different suppliers and freight forwarders;
• Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements;
• Supervise in-bound freight and carrier functions, ensuring customs regulations compliance 


Job Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline;
Experience in purchasing and logistics planning will be an advantage;

Fresh grads are encouraged to apply;

• Strong in planning and highly organised;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmed, especially Excel;
• Experienced with China Supplier would be an added advantage;
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with others.
A person who can deal with China Supplier is the most important criteria we are looking for.
