Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Planning Manager, will supervise supply planners, leading all aspects of day-to-day supply planning activities. In this role, you will lead our team that monitors key integrated planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, helping coordinate cross-functional work teams.
Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
  • Review and publish supply planning metrics targets.
  • Prepare the supply planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
  • Define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Seven years of experience with at least three in supply and inventory planning
