Job Description

ROLE

• Resolving end-user support issues using enterprise-wide standards and tools.
• Covering all users (business or functions) and all environments (test or production)
• Support for Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Operations in enabling testing accesses for FST, UAT & PIV (Funds accesses, dealer accesses, menus creation/updates/deletions, modifying within application rights, etc.)
• Includes pre & post-release follow-up, monthly service reviews, SLA monitoring, PIV
• Functional analysis: Analyzing functionality within an application as a result of a change to the application or to and a solution to a current issue or to enable a future opportunity or to acquire knowledge in order to improve support & other services
MUST HAVE
• Post-secondary education with an accounting/finance concentration or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of IT systems & environments, in particular of the target application platform which is ‘in-house’ based.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, solve problems and implement appropriate solutions
• Effective communication with strong fluency in English

• Good networking and client relationship
• Computer & standard MS Office tool literacy
• Independent, confident, self-motivated, pro-active and mature;
• Willing to take on new challenges and work under pressure
