Job Description

1) Providing guidance of how to solve problems and questions.
2) Providing at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to the clients.
3) To initiate and solve experience, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word and Excel) and basic networking experience.
4) Complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
5) Compulsory to follow instruction.
